I'd like to see a forum for Mac Users. I have had so many problems using the Verizon online tools. I spend hours with the support folks only to find out it has something to do with the fact I'm using a Mac.
They do not care. their idea is to make more money out of you. for example you have to pay $3 more if you do not sign to pay your bill. ridiculous isn't?. I have the same problem. i am using safari browser and the payment option is not working forth last 36 hours. if the dead line passes they will put a late fee!!
While we don't have any plans to have a Mac-specific forum at this time, we'll take it into consideration.
If you'd like to submit this as an idea so we can see how many people feel the same, you are welcome to do so. If there's enough interest, we could look into it. (No promises, but we will definitely review it.)
Bloomberg takes a look at the negotiations between Apple and Verizon that finally led to yesterday's announcement that the carrier will begin carrying the iPhone next month after three and half years of AT&T exclusivity in the United States.
