Can't Log In From Macintosh

I seem to be unable to log into the community forums from a Macintosh - it doesn't matter which browser (I've tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome).

Even if I'm already logged into Verizon.Com, and even sometimes when it says I'm logged into the forums (after coming from Verizon.com) - if I try to post to a forum, one of two things happens:

1. I get a message "my verizon not available," or

2. I get a screen asking me to log into the community forums (even if it says I'm already logged in) - and then, after entering my username and password, it just takes me back to the same login screen.

Note:  When I boot up Window (on the same Macintosh) and bring up either the MS Edge Browser, or Chrome, everything works just fine (which is how I'm posting right now).

Anybody have a clue as to what's going on, and how to fix it?
