Yes, several of us reported this to Verizon on 12/20/2011. Uh, what is today, 1/6/2012? Just how many days does it take Lithium to fix something that used to work that they broke?

The folks at Lithium probably don't work from the 24th to after New Years. That's my guess.
That's correct, Smith6612. There was a production freeze over the holidays.
I'll keep tabs on the progress of this issue. 🙂

A production freeze???????????????? For something that worked and then got broken, both before the "holidays", and nobody will fix it????????????? Beyond stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and when do the holidays "end"???????? February 29 or something?????????? For heaven's sake, didn't the "holidays" end after 1/2/2012?????

If Lithium broke it, and Verizon paid for it, make Lithium fix it. This was a feature that Verizon added some time ago. I am sure Lithium does not do much for free. But I could be wrong about maintenance upgrades. Well this was a DOWN GRADE. Have them find what they broke and take care of it. Rocket science?
Fixed as of this morning, 1/13/2012. Friday the 13th, some kind of omen?
