Drop down listing for phone and plan in profile

For consistency and ease of understanding, it would make sense to me to have a drop down list for users to choose their phone/equipment and their calling plan when creating their profile.  I realize there are quite a few variations and options, but I had no idea how to "structure" the calling plan information till I had looked at several postings, and realized it really didn't matter--everyone did it their own way and it was sometimes hard to decipher!

In some categories, it also may help the moderators and those of us trying to answer the questions if we have that basic information accurately.  Just a thought.....
