Forum Subject popup issue

When I hover the mouse pointer over the Subject line in a forum list page, it pops up a box showing the text of the first poster. I believe this is normal activity (although to be honest I never noticed it before today).  Instead, on my new PC, a series of boxes appear that shows "This widget can not be displayed". This happens only after the first occurrence of the popup. If I leave the forum site and return, the correct popup shows, but only once. I recently started using a new Acer pc with Windows7 and IE8. Am I possibly missing some installation or setup that the installer put on the old pc, or ??

The issue has been noted and reported. It will be looked into. Thanks for taking the time to post for other users who may experience the same problem.

Attached is a screen shot. I have further discovered that it only occurs after I have posted anything.
