Hard to Navigate

Why is it so hard to navigate to or even identify the appropriate forum/board/online community from Verizon's support page?

Is it just me?  There seems to be a lot of confusing visual clutter and a lack of definition of the various options.  I tried bookmarks, but even they don't seem to get me to the right place in less than 3-5 clicks.

The direct link to the Residential forums is http://forums.verizon.com.  Once there, click "sign in" and you will be taken to the login screen to enter your forum login credentials.
