Thanks in advance.

Hi dirkbonn,
You have 60 minutes in which to edit a post. After that, you can contact any moderator/administrator and we can make the edit for you.
In order to edit, go to the post you want to edit and click the 'Options' at the top right of the post. Then select "Edit this message". It will then open in the text editor for you to add/delete what you need to.

Ahhhh.... Thanks. I had looked there because it seemed logical that that's where it should be, but it wasn't. It was the 60 minute requirement that got me.
Thanks a bunch.....
I could be wrong but I believe you also lose the 60 minute option once someone posts behind you which could be within minutes. At that point, only a moderator can edit or delete a posting.
Ok, I wasn't sure as I stated . . . I thought it worked that way because most forums do. Reason they lock it after someone posts behind you is because people are responding to what you posted. If you can go back in and change what you posted then it can throw off all the subseequent trailing postings if they are commenting on something that's no longer even there or totally changed. Thanks for clarifying whether or not we have that functiion 🙂
