Invalid HTML when I submit forum messages

I just submitted an entry in this very forum. I created it via 'Rich Text", not 'HTML'. When I preview to post, I get a message that the message contains invalid HTML. Geez, I entered no HTML at all, so it must be your auto-markup for rich text. Please fix it!

I took a look and tried the steps you described and all worked OK.

Please let us know if you continue to see the issue.

Here is the text of the HTML error message. I created the message with "Rich Text", not "HTML". The message that I typed in had no HTML at all. When I went to "Preview" the message I got this:

The specific error report is: "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."

And the text body was changed to:

error<p>I see no way to track inquiries by the tracking confimation number (<span class="hP">KMMxxx</span>)? Additionally, confirmation email I receive only has a tracking number.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>When I email an inquiry asking for support/questions, I get a confirmation email that it's been submitted only with a tracking number (some KMMxxx number). The confirmation email should also include the subject and text body of my submission. It doesn't. Hence, I can't track my original inquiriy with the confirmation number.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>What good is the tracking confirmation number if I have no way to track it?</p>
