Place to talk

I relize that the higher level one become that there is an area that people can post ideas, and a place to discuss. However I see quite a few people in the copper 2 level that are really good at answering the questions people pose. Would be nice to have a place that we can talk about random stuff.

I thought about this too, but look where you're posting; in a Verizon Community forum. It's supposed to only be about things related to Verizon topics.

I think instead the Mods/Admins should be a little more relaxed when it comes to getting off topic in a post. Especially if the issue has been solved, what's wrong with going a little off topic at that point?

The idea of a Lounge area has been discussed at length among the admins and moderators.  Due to some of the problems it can present from a moderation standpoint, we have tabled the idea at this time and will revisit it in the future.

As for ideas, we will be implementing an idea exchange soon to get customer ideas and feedback on Verizon products and services.
