Problem dating back to 06

Verizon was laying cable for FIOS and hit the electric line causing sevre damage to my house and neighbors! It's been over three years and I've been told it's nobodys fault. But, today, I walk outside and see on my front door handle that they're giving away a " SUPER-COOL NETBOOK" to new customers. HEY, TAKE CARE OF YOUR OLD BUSINESS! My wife and I have made efforts to resolve this, but to no evail. We ended up letting it go, then you hit my nerve. C'mon, own up, those backhoes had "VERIZON" written all over them. I've been a loyal customer, why?

You and your neighbors should rally together and contact your local media and local government and let them know what's going on.
