It would be really helpful if everyone would show their location in their posts. We would then have some idea as to whether to expect similar issues or results in their area as well.
Thanks in advance.

Now I have what may seem to have is a dumb question...can some one tell me where to set up a sugnature. I've spent 10 minutes in my profile and cannot seem to see where.
Hi,
Signatures are not currently enabled in the community. You can set a location in your profile and write a personal biography if you would like to give other members more information about you or your Verizon setup.
All,
Since Signatures are not implemented, you can create a Macro and put the info you would have put into a Signature into that. Then when you post, at the end, all you have to do is click on the Macro button and select the macro you want (I called mine "me" for simplicity). Works ok as you can see here.
It would be nice to have Signatures available though so it would be automatic. Now if I can just remember to click on the macro button

Hi Justin,
Just to mention, if you put the same thing in every post, we do consider it a signature. We are not going to have any problem with you putting information like your set-up, location or any other relevant information in multiple posts, but please keep the information relevant to the general issues. Please avoid macros that contain links to other sites, slogans, images and that sort of thing.
thanks to all for info.

Odd thing is that in 'preferences' it has a check box for if you want to "View Signatures in Messages".
Why is that a choice if signatures are disabled ?
