Why Doesn't Verizon Show Which Post I Am Replying To?

Why doesn't Verizon show what the **bleep** I am replying to, and, instead makes it look like I am replying to the origional post.

As far as I know: Yes it does, but you have to know how to use it.

For example when I clicked on this reply button....

In this screen shot it clearly says what post I am repling to and show I used the quote feature.
