Why does the sign in page have the option to "keep me signed in for two weeks" when signins are required at least every two days. Sometimes twice in one day.
That's not a good experience and certainly not the way things are supposed to work! Can you please let me know if you're referring to the Community specifically or if you're talking about My Verizon? Either way, I'll dig around and see what we can do.
By far the problem is most prevalent in the community.
Also, I am not using a separate login password for the community.
