I was in Europe last month and used TravelPass each day I was overseas. I was charged $10/day for each day... twice. Another line on my account only used TravelPass three days and was also double charged. It listed her line and $30 with the three dates, then after my charge it listed her again with $30 with the same three dates (then mine was repeated as well).
Can we be reimbursed for the duplicate charges on our TravelPass?
