It says "Included With Plan" the following;

Unlimited International Messaging

How do I use international texting while traveling to another country?

The plan by default allows you to send and receive international messages while in the United States. If you went to another country, you need to add an international plan to supplement your plan and to keep you from getting charged expensive international roaming rates.

The plan by default allows you to send and receive international messages while in the United States. If you went to another country, you need to add an international plan to supplement your plan and to keep you from getting charged expensive international roaming rates.
