No Germany Travel Pass Coverage for Pre-paid Plan?

Hi Verizon! Can you explain to me why Germany is NOT included in Travel Pass with pre-paid plans? 

Germany is included with Travel Pass post-paid plans.

Most of the rest of Europe is included with Travel Pass with pre-paid. Real disappointment!

While it is important to stay connected, especially while abroad, there can be caveats. In a an instance like this, we usually do not have a roaming agreement, with the country.
