If I have Travelpass while I am in Germany and someone from the US calls me, will they be charged for an international call or will it be the same as if they called me while I was in the US?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
A caller from the US calling a US phone number would always be charged for domestic rates, regardless of which country the person they called were in with or without Travelpass. The caller would only receive international charges if they were physically located outside the US or if they dialed a foreign phone number.

If someone calls you, it's billed as regular usage for the person attempting to contact you.
