Unlimited plan and unlimited Together plan - Can I call international from mexico ?

I have unlimited plan as well as unlimited together plan on my line. I am currently in cancun, mexico. I have to make calls to India which is allowed as part of Unlimited together plan ( US to India ). Can i call India from mexico and will I be charged extra or covered as part of unlimited together plan ?

Just to clarify I have Unlimited Plan as well as "Unlimited Together World Plan" which allows me to call India for free while in US. Currently, I am in cancun for a week and needed to call India from here.
