Urgent: Travel pass - No Internet (Roaming Enabled)

I’m in Europe with an active $10 travel pass, roaming enabled (voice + data), LTE connection (with 4 bars) but “no internet”. I can call but none of my work. Chrome/ Safari attempt to load the page but it eventually times out  

I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times, network reset through iPhone X settting, Verizon reset through technical support, toggling CDMA, changing between the availability carriers but nothing seems to get the data to connect. 

I’m stuck with my family on a road trip near the Gallipoli Peninsula. My T-Mobile corporate phone works fine, slow, but it is able to get google maps and the browser to work.

Any ideas on how I can get connected? Should I try a full reset? Removing the SIM?
