My son and I will be in London for seven days. We don't intend to make calls but use internet with and without wifi as well as text each other. We are both on same plan. What is our cheapest option for using our devices?

You have a few options.

TravelPass - This will be $10 per day per phone whenever you use cell service. This just continues your current plan in England, and you can use data, voice, and text just like you would in the US. Calling anywhere in England is included and calling back to the US is included

30 day Travel Plan - You get 100 MB, 100 text, and 100 voice minutes for $40 per device. Overages are $10 per 100 MB. Incoming texts unlimited.

If you have a newer phone, you can set up wifi calling. Whever you are on wifi and wifi calling is active (VZW Wi-Fi), then calling and texting are just like you would be at home. Calling to England would be long distance, but US is using your plan. Texting is free with this. There is no charge for this, but only works when you are on wifi and you ahve a newer phone with wifi calling and you have activated wifi calling.
