I am trying to get travel pass on my iphone x and the verizon site says my phone is not compatible. I have gone online and placed 3 more phones on travel pass but when i log back on my profile says i have no international plan

When I log on it says oops call support-means im on the phone forever

Do you have an International Plan on the line? TravelPass is not a plan, but a feature added to a plan.
