Unable to stop call forwarding & do not disturb settings

We have changed the calling features on both lines. However, on one phone line it still forwards to my cell and on the other line it does straight to voicemail. Have attempted to readjust calling features to no avail. We are missing calls and messages.

Sorry to hear about those features still being on. If you have already tried the *73 to deactivate the call forwarding and its still not working, please respond to the private message I sent you.
