Bad Service

I have been wating to talk to someone for 2 hr and counting . Got kick off line while wating  4 times they could not fine my account but one custmor service person did to be kick off line. So I went to town 12 miles from my home still no one pick up. so i am back 2 hr into my wait and still on hold.

Well you did not say why you are waiting.

is it for tech support? Or to pay your bill? Or to change your services? Or maybe cancel? I agree 2 hours is not called for. However due to Christmas & New Years being over a weekend session on both ends. Many people take extra days off.

you could go to a Verizon Corporate store and get that problem or issue taken care of.
