Blocking calls

Does anyone out there know how to block calls from a cell phone from another area code from your residential land line?  If so, please share.  Thanks!

Go to My Verizon > Accounts & Services > FiOS Digital Voice   Select "Manage Calling Features"

Incoming Call Block allows you to block specific numbers. Up to 10 numbers.  Be sure to turn on Incoming Call Block first.
