Can't access home voicemail

 Hi,

I tried calling my home voicemail. It's a landline and the line works (**bleep** telemarketers). Instead of the voicemail ringing/pickup all it did was the fast version of a busy signal (error sound). I tried calling from my cell but got the message "The records are unavailable."

Any ideas?
