I can't make or receive calls on the land line for the past 24 hours. Get a busy signal when calling in from another number. Internet is working o.k. Phones are all plugged in. Verizon's web site won't load any pages having to do with phone problems - only pages where we can purchase products and services. The automated customer support agent won't give helpful answers. The toll-free number doesn't help either. How does one get help???
