I have FIOS Digital Voice. I am experiencing a few problems. 1) The caller ID does not always show up on some TV's. I have tried the troubleshooter however this usually says to call customer support. I think I can do better than that. 2) I have some numbers blocked in my set-up however those calls continue to come through. Each time I select call block however the number is still allowed to come through. 3) On one HD STB when I select the Digital voice and try to select Call Log, I hit OK on the remote. Each time I do the app wants to exit and I cannot get the call log to come up.
I am hoping there are solutions to these here on the forum. I have had no luck with tech support.
