If possible can Verizon R&D look into the possibility of accessing digital voice call logs, voice mail and calling features by pressing a single button on the remote, maybe a b c d on the bottom instead of going through the whole menu scroll down process

I am happy to have it on the TV and working well. Hitting Menu and scrolling down is no worse than having to do it for Home Control, or other features. Verizon may have plans for all the buttons on the remote, but we will run out at some time. I do like your idea, so don't get me wrong. Post it on the Ideas Board under the correct category, and it will be more visible to the proper department.
