Enhanced Services Billing Inc.?

Can someone please tell me what Enhanced Services Billing Inc. is? I'm being charged $15 and change for this and if it isn't necessary I would like to have it removed. Verizon is soooo expensive.

If you search the forum for the term "third party billing" you will find a number of threads about this type of issue.  Companies bill your Verizon account for XXX dollars, without your subscribing to their services.

You need to contact Verizon and have them block these types of charges from your account.
