FIOS w Phone package... no features on phone

I just got the FIOS bundle with phone.  The internet is great, lots of instructions and everything but I received no info on the phone side of things.  None of the features of the phone appear to be working such as caller ID or call waiting and I was told when I made the order that the bundle came with "Freedom Essentials" which included those things.  When I log into my account to look at the features to see if they are supposed to be there it just says something about "No Features are available".  I am not even sure if I call the FIOS help or the residential help.

Once you have Fios you call them and only them. Try calling 888-553-1555. A rep there should be able to see what is going on or get someone that does.
