I have the problem with my landline. Every time it rains hard, I lose my service. Second day so far and no phone. They take your money and they ignore you when you have a problem. Maybe we should ignore their bill each month and not pay. It has been an ongoing problem for months. Let's say no to Verizon we won't take it anymore.
