Landline noise calling my cellphone

Hi,

Calls from my landline to my cellphone result in noise on the landline phone. This happens to only phones on our plan. Both landline and wireless phones are under Verizon. Tickets have been created on both landline and wireless organizations, and have spent 10+ hours with agents/tech representatives on phone. They have since closed both tickets without any resolution, or sending anyone to fix it.

What a poor service!!!!!
