No System Greeting heard?

This is not the first time we have had this problem. So far after 9 months of torture we have nothing good to say about digital voice prior we had a Verizon land line for 34 years no problems with service or accessing account until we switched over! Our system greeting has not been working for at least 4 days again. When callers call all they hear is nothing; you can leave a message and we can get it. Does FIOS DIGITAL HAVE A PROBLEM? Any help?
