No phone service for the past week... and cannot access my bill or phone plan online.

Noticed my phone service (copper line) was down last Monday... and ever since.  I've been working extra hours this past week, so no time to call until yesterday (Labor Day).  The automated system said that the line was down outside of my building and that a tech would be dispatched by Wednesday. 

Meanwhile, I cannot access my bill... nor anything to do with my phone plan via my online account. 

VERIZON, WHAT IS GOING ON?
