Our entire street has been without any sort of reliable service since May. We have complained so many times that some have just turned to cell service. The problem has been traced to several miles away and there is now a Verizon truck parked there FULL TIME DAY & NIGHT. This is truly ridiculous. My next step is to complain to the govt agency and to Verizon's CEO! Plus I have to keep fighting for credit! HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
