Permanently unblock caller id

I currently have my caller id information blocked and I would like to unblock it permanently.  Anyone know how to do this?

If your Caller ID info is always blocked, then you have a feature on your line which is called "Line Blocking". You have to call the Verizon business office and ask to have that removed.

I believe in some cases Verizon will charge a fee to remove this service. Hopefully they will not in your case.
