Poor service and not listening

My phone was supposed to be taken off vacation on 5 October I arrived home with no dial tone I have tried to contact Verizon for 5 days by e mail explaining I have no phone service , and believe me or not all they come back saying is to ring them I keep telling them I can't ring them as my phone does not work but they never read reply as , yes you have guessed it , I get a message to say phone them   It is an impossible company to deal with

YOu are able to post on here so try this.. At the top of this window is a red menu. click on SUPPORT and CONTACT US. If you follow the prompts you should reach a CHAT option..
