Rejecting specific incoming phone numbers

Can someone inform me how I can set up my phone to reject specific phone numbers from calling me?  Thank you.

Too many questions need to be answered.

• What Verizon phone service are you using?
• Do you have an option to block calls from Verizon?  FIOS digital voice does.  But its limited to 10 specific numbers and some blocking of anonymous.
• Do you have the option to do similateous ring?   Again FDV does.  If you do, consider using nomorobo.com .
• Do you want to consider purchasing a device to block calls?  Some phones and several addon line devices exist to block calls.
