Troubleshooter not working?

My landline is not working and neither is the troubleshooter.  Calling customer service with my mobile phone isn't getting me anywhere.  I need help!  I'm in Saratoga County, Round Lake area.  Anyone else having issues?

When mine doesn't work I unplug the router, the tv box and then plug the router back then the box and is back to normal. Sometimes I have to do it 2-3 times.

I have an old-fashioned landline.  When there'w been a heavy rainfall in the past, I can usually walk thru the automatic 'troubleshooter' and then submit a trouble ticket.  Today I can't do either.
