Unwanted phone calls

I am on a do not call list.  However, some calls are getting through.  I was told there was a way to block the phone numbers for these calls through the internet.  How do I do that?

You can log onto Verizon FIOS Voice by going to:

www.verizon.com/fiosvoice

once you logon to this you can choose Calling Features from the left side 

then choose incoming call block.  You can enter up to 10 phone numbers you wish to block.
