VERIZON'S NON-DISCLOSURE WHEN "BUNDLE" PACKAGE IS OFFERED TO COPPER WIRE CUSTOMERS

After a 7 days of non service which was initiated last Saturday, I currently do not have phone service whatsoever.  It was then stated to me by a Verizon representative that Verizon is "migrating" its customers to FIOS.  Once you do this you you're at their mercy.  There is not one individual who can speak to you in plain Engish so that you understand what is going on.  I have to escalate this matter but will not give up until I have my original service restored!!  It's an outrage to treat "valued" customers by a ticket number.
