Voicemail mediaplayer1 certificate revoked Can't play messages

Seems this has returned. I can not even find my original posts about this. 

Please identify a fix....

I too have the problem as of 3/29.  After about 1 1/2 hours on CHAT, I was able to escalate the problem to a higher level.  The JAVA certificate has been revoked and probably needs to be renewed.  It is in the name of GTE, so it predates 2000!
