Wiring issue on pole

During yesterdays wind storm my son said that a cover a section where the copper wire to homes gets spliced in to screw terms on the main line off the pole fell off. This has all the wires exposed to the elements. Just wondering how to report this. Not effecting service and I am not sure how many homes still use copper. Figured might as well report it before it does effect something
