caller id

my caller id quit working when they activated my DSL internet.  They were about a week late turning it on and the caller id worked fine until my internet started working and then it just quit.

Is the caller ID unit connected to a filter ? or is it straight to the phone jack ?

the caller ID is probably recieving raw DSL signals and has no idea what to do with it.

it should need a filter
