This problem first happened in August. Verizon finally sent someone who got it working (but said he didn't find cause of the problem!). Now it has happened again. I need Verizon online chat but can't find their URL! I got a page that said if I wasn't connected to an agent, to click on something that wasn't there to click on! I need my phone for medical emergencies, etc. I have done all the checking of plugs etc. Someone please help? Forum helped me the last time. Thanks.
