I'm unable to contact support through the phone (infinite wait times) or the chat (errors on both web and mobile app).
Can Verizon assist with unblocking my service to allow the use of 3rd party routers?
Also, it seems impossible to register/merge my Verizon account using my account number. The 'continue' button is greyed out once it's entered in the site and app.

I'd also like to include that I've already tried DHCP release indicated here: https://www.dslreports.com/faq/15898
According to the 3rd party router I'm using, it's not even seeing the WAN Ethernet connection from the modem. The previous set up was Coax to Verizon router (ONT setup) . Is switching over to Ethernet something that needs to be enabled on Verizon's end, or require someone to come in to re-configure the setup?
