1st you need to fix your keyboard, the CAPS LOCK is stuck.
Sounds like the new compuer may be a laptop.
What is the Operating System ?
What type of network card is in the laptop ?

I agree with the cap lock key being stuck.
Back to business. If it is a newer computer it is probably Windows Vista and not Windows XP. I have not tried the Inhome Agent but you may need to run the program with Administrator Privilages. Right click on the program and the select run as administrator. OR Use the Vista internet connection wizard. The SSID and WEP key can be found on the sticker attached to your router. Unless they were changed. Also With Vista Wireless you may run into issues if your do not set the connection type to private when connecting to the Verizon router. If it is Vista there have been many posts regarding this. You would need to do a search in the forums for Vista Wireless.
We all would need more information. OS and PC type. Wireless NIC type, etc... Ther are many wireless utilities used by many different vendors for establishing the wireless connection. So please provide more information.

Prisaz
