I don't know my security code. I tried resetting the modem but that did not work. If I want to use a laptop that was not originally set-up on the install I can't access the internet. Also, I am trying to set-up a wireless printer connection and that is also asking for the security key. Thanks

If you reset the router it defaults to the passcode located on the sticker listed as the WEP key

Yes, as long as the reset was done properly it should default back to the sticker. Normally you have to hold in that button for about 10-15 seconds then release it for it to go through. After the reset it the lights on the router flash then go off...then it boots up like normal.
