Wireless network traffic being blocked

I have the Verizon MI424WR router and two computers networked wirelessly. They both can connect to the internet fine but the router itself is blocking all traffic between the two. When I hardwire my laptop into the router it allows it to communicate with the other computer fine. Also, I checked the security log and it gives me this event with just about every type of attempt to ping or connect.
Oct 11 14:53:34 2008 Outbound Traffic Blocked - NAT out failed ICMP type 0 code 0 192.168.1.2->192.168.1.3 on ath0 [repeated 2 times, last time on Oct 11 14:53:39 2008]I tried adding a few rules into the advanced filtering between two computers but they have done nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

networking networking networking If you are using XP sp2 or newer might you need to create network shares or something?

It has nothing to do with network shares. The firewall or nat is blocking all traffic transmitted from one wireless device to the other.
