After new webmail upgrade all mail going to Spam or Junk

Is anyone else having the same problem?  After I noticed that the new online email software was done, I stopped getting all mail.  I finally figured out that it was all going to spam or junk and none of my setting changed.  Is this a known problem?

Is this on a DSL connection or fiber optics?   What "...  new online email software .." are you referring to?    have you tried marking each emails as 'not spam' ?
